Does it ever feel as if you are getting blamed for something that isn’t your fault? Especially around review time?

In most organizations, many problems are caused by faulty systems or processes, not faulty people. To create a successful, smooth-running operation, you must separate the process from the people. Or is it the people from the process?

Processes are comprised of a series of actions designed to create a result. All work is a process, although many workers don’t think of it that way.

Don’t add people in order to fix the problem. Instead, simply fix the process.
