How many times have you received an e-mail and needed to clarify something that would take too long to type, but could be accomplished in a quarter of the time with a call? But there wasn’t any phone number on the e-mail to call.

You can Google their number, call directory assistance, waste a lot of time trying to explain what you need to say through a lengthy return e-mail, or not call at all. Or, they could just have added their phone number to their e-mail and saved everyone a lot of time.

You never know. You just might start receiving those calls that you have been waiting for.

Sometimes it just makes sense—and saves a lot more time—to call.
