Have you ever received a directive, an e-mail, or a voice mail that went on and on and on to the point that you wanted to scream at the top of your lungs in utter frustration since you absolutely had no idea what the person was asking for or trying to tell you and there was so much content in the communication that you felt that you absolutely had to read it all for fear of missing something and if you did miss something that you would get into trouble if you were supposed to do something and you didn’t and are you feeling that same feeling right now reading this ridiculously long sentence?
Being brief and to the point works wonders…in the giving and especially in the receiving of information. People get brief…and if not, can always ask for more.
Brief(s) or boxers? Which will it be?
