Don’t you just hate having to double click an e-mail attachment to find out what’s in it?
Double click no more. From now on, a single click will do ya’. Here’s how in Microsoft Outlook 2013.
With the Right Reading Pane view on:
1. Go to the e-mail that has the attachment.
2. In the open window on the right, left click the attachment one time.
With the Bottom Reading Pane view on:
1. Go to the e-mail that has the attachment.
2. In the open window on the bottom, left click the attachment one time.
By the way, never have the Reading Pane turned to the Off position so the e-mails are in a list format.
Use either the Right or Bottom view depending on your e-mail program version. Otherwise, you may develop a bad case of Scroll-itis (the incessant urge to constantly scroll up and down).
Open sesame.
