How many legal pads do you have with folded over pages?
Folding over pages is a great way to not have to deal with or decide what to do with what is on the pad. It also causes you to use more than one pad at a time, cluttering up your office with multiple pads.

When you return to your office, immediately tear off all folded pages on the pad and drop them into your Inbox. Going through your Inbox three times a day will ensure a correct decision as to where the pages need to be filed.
