Tip 23. Change one thing at a time.

How many resolutions do you make for the New Year? If you are like most people probably a bunch. How many do you keep? Well…that’s another story.

Imagine what would happen if you focused all of your energy on changing just one aspect of yourself. What a far cry that would be from your annual attempt of the multitude of nearly unattainable goals you hope to accomplish with each New Year.

Once that singular change became a habit and you no longer had to remember to do it (don’t believe it only takes 21 days), then, and only then, would you start on your next change.

What a refreshing change that would be, to actually uh…change. Happy New Resolution!
