Is the same information duplicated on more than one of your forms?
Questions to ask your forms (if they could answer and even wanted to):
• Who created you?
• How long ago were you created?
• What is your purpose?
• How often do I use you?
• Can I combine pieces of you with other forms to make one form?
• Do you ask for information that I no longer need or use?
• Sorry about this one but… can I eliminate you?
Hint: When talking to your forms, do it with your door closed. If they answer back, it may be time to change jobs.
