Have you ever spoken to a group when you noticed your mouth getting really dry? And you started to panic wondering whether you had enough saliva to spit out another word?

Suffering Succotash!

The next time you do, just bite your tongue. That’s right. Bite your tongue, but ever so gently.

By biting your tongue, your mouth will become instantly moist allowing you to continue dazzling your audience with your words of wisdom, or with whatever it is that you are ranting about at the time.

My old girlfriend Martha told me this was the trick she used on stage when singing. So either singing or speaking, no more dry mouth.

Remember: Bite it.
