How often do your priorities change? Weekly? Daily? Hourly?
Priorities rarely change. Urgencies, on the other hand, constantly change. Many people confuse urgencies with priorities.
A priority is one thing that, when focused on and with a majority of time spent on, creates the most bang for your buck.
Priorities generally don’t change. It is the time-based Urgencies that do.
Next time recognize what you may think is a priority, for what it really is—an urgency.
