Tip 101. Create boundaries in your life.

How many items do you have on your desk? On your floor?

Being cluttered and feeling overwhelmed is generally not about paper or organization but rather about how well you establish boundaries in your life.

The more boundaries you create and honor, such as limiting your work hours, taking a Quiet Time every day, working only on week days, or having five items on your desk, the more you will feel in control.

Now please make room for that poor car that won’t fit into your garage. He’s cold and he wants back in.
